On Tuesday July 6, at approximately 8:11 pm, Deputy Phillip Morris made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 281 and W. Jentsch Road.  The 45-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon and was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Tuesday July 6, at approximately 6:01 pm, Deputy J.J. Hernandez responded to the 2500 block of Business 287 in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) cut a chain on a gate and entered the property.  A tan 2008 Dodge Ran flatbed truck was stolen from the property.

On Tuesday July 6, at approximately 11:58 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason made a traffic stop at the intersection of Brook and 9th.  The 49-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
