On Thursday June 29, at approximately 6:21 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy Joshua Hernandez responded to the 6900 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation.  Upon arrival, two 23-year-old males and a 25-year-old male were barred from the property.

On Friday June 30, at approximately 11:10 pm, Corporal Cole McGarry and Deputy Caleb Myers checked on an occupied vehicle in the 2500 block of Seymour Hwy.  The 24-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and an outstanding warrant for Credit/Debit Card Abuse.

On Friday June 30, at approximately 4:45 pm, Sergeant Ralph Burdick and Deputy Jason Vandygriff responded to the area of U.S. 287 and F.M. 368 in reference to a reckless driver.  The vehicle was located and was stopped at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Windthorst Road.  The 18-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Friday June 30, at approximately 9:55 am, Lieutenant Robert Penaluna placed a 21-year-female under arrest at 900 7th Street.  She was escorted to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.

On Friday June 30, at approximately 10:08 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell and Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the intersection of Muller and Morgan Road in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that four dogs appeared on his property and killed two of his calves.

On Friday June 30, at approximately 9:55 am, Deputy John Glaze checked on a suspicious subject in the 600 block of Scott.  The 50-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Identify.

On Saturday July 1, at approximately 8:39 pm, Deputy Brian Koschak responded to a drilling rig fire at the intersection of Morgan Road and Simons Road.  Upon arrival a drilling rig truck was found on fire.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.

On Sunday July 2, at approximately 12:18 pm, Deputy Carl Magee made a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Iowa Park Road.  The 21-year-old male driver, a 19-year-old male passenger and a 20-year-old male passenger were issued citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Sunday July 2, at approximately 11:50 pm, Deputy Amanda Price made a traffic stop at the intersection of Ave. L and Kemp.  The 25-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
