On Wednesday July 12, at approximately 11:39 pm, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop at the intersection of 4th and Farris. The 46-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram.
On Wednesday July 12, at approximately 9:22 pm, Deputy Phillip Morris responded to the 1900 block of F.M. 368 in reference to Threats. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) has been sending him harassing and threatening telephone calls and text messages.
On Wednesday July 12, at approximately 6:43 pm, Sergeant Roy Biter and Deputy Jessica Serna made a traffic stop at the intersection of Bell and Ave E. A 42-year-old male passenger was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Wednesday July 12, at approximately 2:21 am, Deputy Alex Domany made a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Camelot Drive. The 21-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Wednesday July 12, at approximately 1:34 am, Deputy Alex Domany made a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Kemp. The 23-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Wednesday July 12, at approximately 12:37 am, Deputy Aaron Perkins made a traffic stop at the intersection of Indiana and 7th. The 38-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with five outstanding traffic warrants and was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Thursday July 13, at approximately 5:05 pm, Sergeant Cole McGarry, Deputy Matthew Ferguson and Deputy Jacob Williams responded to the 100 block of Cottonwood in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she had been assaulted by a family member. A 39-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Assault/Family Violence.
On Thursday July 13, at approximately 11:19 am, Deputy Zachary Walley made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Loop 11. A 66-year-old male passenger was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Thursday July 13, at approximately 3:48 am, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Seymour Hwy. The 33-year-olld male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Open Container.
