On Wednesday December 30, at approximately 9:30 pm, Deputy Roy Biter and Deputy Brian Koschak made a traffic stop at the intersection of 10th Street and Van Buren.  The 46-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Thursday December 31, at approximately 9:56 pm, Corporal Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Brook.  The 37-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Thursday December 31, at approximately 1:14 am, Corporal Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop in the 4500 block of Southwest Parkway.  The 49-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana over two ounces under four ounces.

On Friday January 1, at approximately 8:16 pm, Corporal Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Iowa Park Road.  The 59-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Repetition.  The driver was found to have three previous convictions for Driving While Intoxicated.

On Friday January 1, at approximately 3:54 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 800 block of Peterson Road in reference to a Credit or Debit Card Abuse.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made unauthorized purchased in the amount of $1,234.29 on his Credit Card.

On Friday January 1, at approximately 12:14 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Central Frwy.  The 26-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Friday January 1, at approximately 2:44 am, Deputy Greg Wilson responded to the 1900 block of Hines in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, a 30-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Criminal Trespass-Habitation and Assault/Family Violence.

On Friday January 1, at approximately 2:11  am, Lieutenant Carl Magee, Deputy Tony Morgan and Deputy Christopher Salas responded to the 5500 block of Professional in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation in Progress.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) attempted to enter her residence by forcing open the front door.

On Saturday January 2, at approximately 11:38 am, Deputy Lance Brumley and Deputy Paul Casillas responded to the 7400 block of Central Frwy. in reference to a Burglary of a Building.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) cut a lock on a gate and then entered several buildings on the property.  Two chop saws a brass fluid end and other brass were stolen from the property.

On Saturday January 2, at approximately 3:54 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Huntington Lane.  The 51-year-old male driver and a 30-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and were charged wi5th Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over four hundred grams and Possession of Marijuana over five pounds under fifty pounds.  Ten pounds of marijuana and 573 grams of Hash were seized.

On Saturday January 2, at approximately 4:00 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy Roy Biter responded to the intersection of F.M. 367 and Texowa in reference to a disabled vehicle parked in the roadway.  Upon arrival, the vehicle was impounded.

On Sunday January 3, at approximately 2:43 am, Deputy Greg Wilson stopped an individual that was walking in the 1000 block of 8th Street.  The 58-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and an outstanding warrant for Capias Pro Fine-Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Sunday January 3, at approximately 9:03 pm, Deputy Christopher Salas made a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Iowa Park Road.  The 26-year-old male driver was issued citations for Driving While License Invalid and Expired Registration.  The vehicle was impounded.

On Sunday January 3, at approximately 2:05 am, Deputy Jeff Lee responded to the 8800 block of Powell Road to assist the Texas Department of Public Safety.  Upon arrival, a 17-year-old male was barred from the property.

On Sunday January 3, at approximately 12:45 pm, Corporal Josh Brown made a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Iowa Park Road.  The 42-year-old male driver and a 42-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with an outstanding warrant for Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility.  The passenger was charged with an outstanding warrant for Occupant over 15 unsecured by seat belt and Failure to Appear.

On Sunday January 3, at approximately 4:30 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell stopped an individual that was walking in the roadway in the 1600 block of East Scott.  The 31-year-old female was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Sunday January 3, at approximately 1:00 am, Deputy Greg Wilson stopped an individual that was walking in the roadway in the 2000 block of Sheppard Access Road.  The 59-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Monday January 4, at approximately 1:09 am, Deputy Jeff Lee found a bicycle lying in the roadway at the intersection of Windthorst Road and East Scott.  The bicycle was transported to the Wichita County Sheriff’s Office and placed into evidence.

On Monday January 4, at approximately 12:05 am, Corporal Jeff Penney made a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Southwest Parkway.  The 23-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Speeding.
