On Monday January 23, at approximately 3:13 pm, Corporal Jeff Lee made a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Scott. The 52-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams.
On Tuesday January 24, at approximately 11:53 pm, Deputy Robert La Mel made a traffic stop at the intersection of Broad and 14th. The 23-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Wednesday January 25, at approximately 8:57 pm, Deputy Aaron Perkins and Deputy Breanton Chitwood responded to the 700 block of W. Cornelia to assist the Iowa Park Police Department with a shooting. The investigation is being conducted by the Iowa Park Police Department.
On Wednesday January 25, at approximately 7:38 am, Deputy Hunter McCain and Deputy Jacob Williams responded to the 7400 block of Central Frwy in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the parking lot and stole his 2001 tan Chevrolet Tahoe.
On Wednesday January 25, at approximately 2:40 am, Lieutenant Jeff Penney responded to the intersection of S.H. 79 and West Rathgeber in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he had been threatened by a subject while at a residence located in the 3200 block of Rathgeber.
