On Monday February 1, at approximately 1:35 pm, Deputy Paul Casillas responded to the 5000 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Credit /Debit Card Abuse.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made two unauthorized transactions in the amount of $1,500.06.

On Monday February 1, at approximately 2:25 pm, Lieutenant Carl Magee responded to 900 7th Street in reference to a Harassment Report.  Upon arrival, the Reporting reported that he had been receiving harassing telephone calls and text messages from a subject.

On Monday February 1, at approximately 1:36 pm, Deputy Lance Brumley responded to 610 Holliday in reference to a Criminal Mischief.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject damaged a headlight on her vehicle while she was in the 800 block of Huntington Lane.

On Monday February 1, at approximately 12:25 pm, Deputy Lance Brumley responded to 610 Holliday in reference to a Forgery.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made several unauthorized purchases on his debit card.

On Tuesday February 2, at approximately 1:00 am, Corporal Jeff Penney made a traffic stop at the intersection of North Beverly and Industrial.  The 51-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with two outstanding warrants for Expired Operators License and Expired Motor Vehicle Registration.  A stolen Glock Model 23 handgun was recovered.
