On Friday August 5, at approximately 8:59 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy Daniel Jacobson responded to the 2600 block of F.M. 367 East in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) broke out the rear window on her vehicle and stole a bag valued at $20.00, a Computer valued at $1,600.00 and two Cannon T-51 Cameras valued at $1,400.00.

On Friday August 5, 11:12 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy Daniel Jacobson responded to the 800 block of Huntington Lane in reference to a Burglary of a Building.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property by cutting a fence and then entered a building and stole 12 bales of hay valued at $72.00 and 2 8’ rolls of chicken wire valued at $50.00.

On Saturday August 6, at approximately 11:38 am, Wichita County Highway Interdiction Deputies made a traffic stop on two vehicles at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Bell Road.  The 29-year-old male driver of first vehicle and the 21-year-old male driver of the second vehicle were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and were charged with Possession of Marijuana over five pounds under fifty pounds.  28.4 pounds of marijuana and $1,438.00 in currency was seized.

On Saturday August 6, at approximately 5:34 pm, Deputy Josh McGuinn and Deputy Christopher Salas responded to the 1300 block of Hwy. 79 North in reference to an attempted suicide.  Upon arrival, a 30-year-old male was found to have taken an overdose of prescription medication.  He was transported to United Regional Health Care by American Medical Response and was admitted.

On Saturday August 6, at approximately 7:44 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy Daniel Jacobson responded to the 3700 block of Hammon Road in reference to a Burglary of a Building.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) force open a door and entered the building.  $78.00 in liquor and change were stolen.

On Saturday August 6, at approximately 8:45 pm, Sergeant Lee Crossman, Deputy Roy Biter, Deputy David Stout and Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to the 1600 block of 32nd Street to serve an arrest warrant.  Upon arrival, a 36-year-old male and a 31-year-old female were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The male was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and an outstanding warrant for Parole Violation.  The female was charged with three outstanding warrants for Capias Pro Fine-Driving While Intoxicated, Fail to stop at designated point and Driving While License Invalid.

On Saturday August 6, at approximately 11:46 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop in the 400 block of Harding.  The 26-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid and an outstanding warrant for Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility.

On Sunday August 7, at approximately 2:12 am, Sergeant Mark Whipple made a traffic stop in the 4600 block of Harbor.  The 21-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carrying a Weapon.

On Sunday August 7, at approximately 7:02 pm, Sergeant Lee Crossman and Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to the 7700 block of Headquarters Road in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a dog entered his property and attacked a calf.  The owner of the dog was located and was issued a citation for Vicious Dog at Large.

On Monday August 8, at approximately 2:05 am, Deputy Amanda Price checked on an unoccupied vehicle in the 400 block of North Scott.  The vehicle was found unsecured and was impounded after the owner could not be located.

On Monday August 8, at approximately 2:05 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Ave. D.  The 24-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced and an outstanding warrant for Unrestrained Occupant over 15 years of age.

On Monday August 8, at approximately 3:55 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Amanda Price responded to the 1000 block of West Highway to assist the Iowa Park Police Department with a combative subject.
