On Friday August 12, at approximately 2:55 pm, Corporal Josh Brown, Deputy Kristian Valdez, Deputy J.T. Mitchell and Deputy Tony Morgan responded to 99 Central Frwy. in reference to a Narcotics Complaint. Upon arrival, a 45-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams in a Drug Free Zone.
On Friday August 12, at approximately 3:56 pm, Deputy David Stout responded to the 10300 block of F.M. 368 South in reference to a Burglary of Habitation. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that two persons forced open the front door of the residence and entered.
On Friday August 12, at approximately 1:13 am, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Central Frwy. The 21-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with two outstanding warrants for Fail to Stop at Designated Point and Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
On Friday August 12, at approximately 11:49 pm, Deputy Amanda Price made a traffic stop in the 100 block of Central Frwy. The 26-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.
On Saturday August 13, at approximately 9:49 am, Corporal Josh Brown and Deputy Troy Glover made a traffic stop in the 700 block of Scott. The 54-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced.
On Saturday August 13, at approximately 12:05 pm, Deputy David Stout responded to the 5200 block of Tower in reference to a subject causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, a 38-year-old male was barred from the property.
On Saturday August 13, at approximately 1:01 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop at the intersection of Scott and 14th. The 29-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced.
On Saturday August 13, at approximately 11:19 pm, Deputy Roy Biter and Deputy Daniel Jacobson made a traffic stop at the intersection of 9th and Kemp. The 46-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Displaying a Fictitious Registration and an outstanding warrant for Public Intoxication.
On Saturday August 13, at approximately 3:55 am, Corporal Jeff Penney responded to the intersection of U.S. 287 and Wellington Lane in reference to an Abandoned Vehicle. Upon arrival, the vehicle was impounded.
On Sunday August 14, at approximately 3:50 am, Corporal Jeff Penney made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kell and Kemp. The 23-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams.
On Sunday August 14, at approximately 12:22 am, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop at the intersection of Scott and Virginia. 23-year-old male driver and an 18-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Purchase of Alcohol for a Minor/Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. The passenger was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Sunday August 14, at approximately 2:06 am, Sergeant Mark Whipple made a traffic stop at the intersection of 9th and Baylor. The 20-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Sunday August 14, at approximately 10:09 pm, Deputy Roy Biter and Deputy Daniel Jacobson made a traffic stop at the intersection of Seymour Hwy. and 9th Street. The 22-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
