On Friday August 11, at approximately 11:57 pm, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop at the intersection of Central Frwy and North 8th. The 24-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Friday August 11, at approximately 1:30 pm, Deputy Matthew Ferguson and Deputy Jacob Williams observed a horse standing in an unsecured field in the 3400 block of Hammond Road. The horse was impounded.
On Saturday August 12, at approximately 7:54 am, Deputy Matthew Ferguson and Deputy Jacob Williams responded to the 200 block of F.M. 367 in reference to a Death Investigation. Upon arrival. An 87-year-old male was pronounced deceased of natural causes.
On Saturday August 12, at approximately 3:37 am, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop at the intersection of I-44 and Bacon Switch. The 62-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita Count Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Saturday August 12, at approximately 1:22 am, Deputy Phillip Morris made a traffic stop at the intersection of Jacksboro and Armory. The 53-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram.
On Sunday August 13, at approximately 4:24 pm, Deputy Edmundo Garcia made a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Seymour Hwy. The 45-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Failure to Identify-Fugitive from Justice.
On Sunday August 13, at approximately 2:35 am, Deputy Alec Domany made a traffic stop at the intersection of Sheppard Access and Maurine. The 45-year-old male driver was issued citations for Fail to Stop at Designated Point and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He was charged with an outstanding warrant for No Drivers License in Possession.
On Sunday August 13, at approximately 1:38 am, Deputy Alex Domany made a traffic stop in the 3400 block of McNiel. The 29-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Monday August 14, at approximately 3:08 am, Deputy Breanton Chitwood made a traffic stop at the intersection of Lincoln and North Scott. The 31-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged Driving While Intoxicated.
