On April 29, 2019 at approximately 1:35 p.m., Deputy Matthew Schenck was dispatched to the area of Peterson Road and Rogers Road in reference to illegal dumping.  Upon arrival, the reporting party stated a large amount of trash had been left in the roadway.  Deputies took photographs of the scene. Several individuals were questioned regarding the matter and the investigation is ongoing. 

On May 3, 2019 at approximately 12:27 a.m., Deputies were dispatched to the 900 block of Wellington Lane in reference to a possible sexual assault and physical altercation.  Upon arrival deputies observed a vehicle leaving the scene.  After a short pursuit the vehicle came to a stop in the 3900 block of Circle Drive. The 30 year old male driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  He is being charged with Reckless Driving.  The investigation in the possible assault is ongoing.
