On Tuesday April 4, at approximately 1:56 pm, Deputy Roy Biter assisted with a traffic stop at the intersection of 6th Street and Broad.  The 33-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Occupant over 15 years of age unrestrained by a seatbelt.

On Tuesday April 4, at approximately 9:35 am, Deputy Roy Biter responded to the 3300 block of Bohner Road in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered his residence and stole an H&K 45 caliber handgun valued at $1,200.00 and 500 rounds of 45 caliber ammunition valued at $320.00.
