On Monday April 15, at approximately 3:09 pm, Deputy Aaron Perkins made a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Seymour Hwy. The 46-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and charged with an outstanding warrant.

On Monday April 15, at approximately 9:09 am, Deputy Edmundo Garcia responded to the 4400 block of S.H. 258 in reference to an Animal Complaint. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a horse appeared on the property. The animal was impounded.

On Monday April 15, at approximately 2:54 am, Deputy Robert La Mel attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Spur 325 and S.H. 240. The vehicle evaded through several neighborhood streets, then struck a curb and a vehicle in the 4000 block of Lenore. The 41-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Open Container, Evading Arrest/Detention with a Motor Vehicle, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Mischief over $2,500.00 under $30,000.00.

On Monday April 15, at approximately 1:10 am, Deputy Breanton Chitwood made a traffic stop at the intersection of Iowa Park Road and Central Frwy. The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Tuesday April 16, at approximately 7:51 pm, Deputy Robert La Mel responded to the 2300 block of Jacksboro Hwy in reference to an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, a 33-year-old female was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Tuesday April 16, at approximately 11:23 pm, Deputy Matthew Ferguson made a traffic stop in the 2900 block of Kessler. The 47-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams and two outstanding traffic warrants.

On Tuesday April 16, at approximately 10:21 am, Deputy Aaron Perkins made a traffic stop at the intersection of Baylor and 6th. The 39-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
