On Tuesday March 31, at approximately 4:07 pm, Deputy Ralph Burdick responded to the 9200 block of Midway Church Road in reference to an unoccupied vehicle check. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a vehicle had been left abandoned on an oilfield lease. The vehicle was impounded until the registered owner could be located.
On Wednesday April 1, at approximately 12:24 am, Sergeant Carl Magee made a traffic stop in the 3900 block of Kemp Blvd. A 26-year-old male passenger was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Failure to Identify.
On Wednesday April 1, at approximately 8:10 am, Deputy John Warner and Deputy Eric Wisch responded to the 1000 block of FM 369 South in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a black Mazda B2600 Extended Cab Pickup valued at $2,500.00.
