On Thursday May 28, at approximately 12:06 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 2000 block of F.M. 171 in reference to an unoccupied vehicle check.  Upon arrival, the vehicle was impounded after the registered owner could not be located.

On Thursday May 28, at approximately 6:54 am, Corporal Mark Whipple and Deputy Eric Wisch responded to the 1300 block of S.H. Hwy. 79 in reference to a stolen vehicle.  Upon arrival, a 21-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Marijuana under two ounces, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram and five outstanding warrants for Animal Improperly Treated/Abused, two counts of No Current Vaccination for Animal and two counts of Fail to Obtain a Dog/Cat License.

On Friday May 29, at approximately 2:40 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin observed an unoccupied vehicle parked in the 8100 block of Seymour Hwy.  The vehicle was impounded after the registered owner could not be located.
