On Friday April 10, at approximately 11:20 am, Deputy Victoria Hatcher responded to 900 7th Street in reference to Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made an unauthorized purchase in the amount of $442.57 on his Credit/Debit Card.
On Friday April 10, at approximately 6:21 pm, Deputy Ralph Burdick checked on an individual in Burnett Park. The 17-year-old male was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Friday April 10, at approximately 3:30 pm, Deputy Lance Brumley responded to 900 7th Street in reference to a Theft over $1,500.00. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) stole a 2004 Dodge Ram Pickup from her residence located in the 700 block of Ray Road.
On Friday April 10, at approximately 3:40 pm, Deputy Chris Barnett responded to 900 7th Street in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she was assaulted by a family member on U.S. 82 at the intersection of Peterson Road.
On Friday April 10, at approximately 4:29 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Loop 11. The 57-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over four grams under four hundred grams and Possession of Marijuana over four ounces under five pounds. One pound of marijuana and two hundred five grams of hash was seized.
On Saturday April 11, at approximately 1:04 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 3200 block of Horseshoe Bend Estates in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a Troy-Bilt Riding Lawn Mower valued at $1,800.00.
On Saturday April 11, at approximately 10:00 am, Deputy Eric Wisch and Deputy Brett Brasher responded to the 8500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) stole the registration plates from the front and rear of his vehicle.
On Saturday April 11, at approximately 1:15 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop at the intersection of Maurine and Ridgeway. The 38-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Enhanced.
On Sunday April 12, at approximately 3:34 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Central Frwy. The 33-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Sunday April 12, at approximately 8:10 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop in the 8000 block of U.S. 82. The 50-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Sunday April 12, at approximately 12:06 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Holliday. The 19-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and two outstanding warrants for No Drivers License in Possession and Capias Pro Fine-Violate Drivers License Restriction.
