On Tuesday March 17, at approximately 3:45 pm, Deputy Jeff Penney, Deputy Eric Wisch and Deputy John Warner responded to Holliday and 25th Street to serve an arrest warrant.  Upon arrival, the 49-year-old male ran out the back door of the residence.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams, Evading Arrest or Detention and the outstanding warrant for Bond Forfeiture-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than one gram.

On Tuesday March 17, at approximately 9:05 am, Sergeant Jerry Cox and Deputy Victoria Hatcher responded to the 3100 block of F.M. 368 south in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence and stole a microwave valued at $200.00 and damaged several other items in the residence.

On Wednesday March 18, at approximately 5:15 pm, Deputy Ralph Burdick responded to the 12000 block of McFall Road in reference to Credit Card Abuse.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made an unauthorized purchase on his credit card in the amount of $338.78.

On Wednesday March 18, at approximately 1:56 am, Sergeant Carl Magee made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of 7th Street.  The 49-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
