On Saturday January 17, at approximately 8:54 pm, Deputy Roy Biter made a traffic stop in the 4100 block of Jacksboro Hwy.  The 22-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Saturday January 17, at approximately 1:10 am, Deputy Ralph Burdick and Deputy Brien Conner made a traffic stop at the intersection of Maurine and Sheppard Access Road.  The 48-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams and Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Saturday January 17, at approximately 4:41 pm, Deputy Chris Barnett made a traffic stop at the intersection of Windthorst Road and Santa Barbara.  The vehicle was impounded after the 28-year-old male driver was found not to have proof of liability insurance or a current drivers license.

On Sunday January 18, at approximately 12:20 am, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Central Frwy.  The 28-year-old male driver and a 23-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more offense and Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced.  The passenger was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Sunday January 18, at approximately 12:55 am, Deputy Ralph Burdick and Deputy Brien Conner responded to the 400 block of Shoreline in reference to an Assault.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject struck her vehicle in an attempt to get her to stop while driving on S.H. 258.  A short time later, Deputies responded to the 5200 block of Love Road to follow on this case.  A 38-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Aggravated Assault/Family Violence.

On Sunday January 18, at approximately 5:50 pm, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Christopher Barnett responded to the 1800 block of FM 171 in reference to a child that had got locked into a vehicle.  Upon arrival, the vehicle was opened by deputies and the child was removed.

On Sunday January 18, at approximately 9:52 pm, Deputy Chris Barnett made a traffic stop in the 1500 block of 9th Street.  The 18-year-old male driver and a 20-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and were charged with Unlawful Carrying of Weapon.

On Monday January 19, at approximately 8:18 pm, Deputy Jeff Penny responded to FM 369 north and Roller Road in reference to an Assault.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she had been assault by a subject.  The Reporting Person was transported to United Regional Health Care by American Medical Response.

On Monday January 19, at approximately 11:19 am, Deputy Victoria Hatcher and Deputy John Warren responded to a traffic accident on East Road between I-44 and S.H. 240.  Upon arrival, Deputy Hatcher found an unoccupied vehicle that had been involved in an accident.  Deputy Warner made a traffic stop at the intersection of I-44 and Airport Drive on a vehicle that was seen leaving the area.  The 31-year-old male driver was place3d under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with nine outstanding warrants for Violate Promise to Appear, No/Expired Drivers License and 7 counts of Capias Pro Fine-Fail to Attend School.

On Monday January 19, at approximately 1:16 am, Deputy Todd Kinsey made a traffic stop in the 4700 block of Spiser.  The 38-year-old male driver and a 31-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.  The Passenger was charged with Public Intoxication.
