On Monday January 12, Deputy Steve Fontenot took a report of Stalking. The Reporting Person reported that a subject continues to text and call her on her cellular telephone as well as come on her property, after she has told him not to do so.
On Tuesday January 13, at approximately 9:09 am, Deputy John Warner checked on an unoccupied vehicle on FM 367 west near Mitchell Road. The vehicle was impounded after the owner could not be contacted.
On Tuesday January 13, at approximately 1:19 am, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal made a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Central Frwy. Access Road. The 30-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Enhanced.
On Wednesday January 14, at approximately 2:13 am, Deputy Brien Conner and Deputy Gabriel Villarreal responded to the 2300 block of Kell Frwy. to assist Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin with a traffic stop. The 22-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Enhanced.
