On Wednesday May 26, at approximately 4:45 pm, Deputy Christopher Bashford and Deputy Roy Biter responded to the 5500 block of Professional Drive in reference to an Aggravated Assault in Progress.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she had been assaulted by a subject.  The 26-year-old male suspect was located a short time later in the 5300 block of Professional Drive.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  He was charged with Aggravated Assault/Family Violence with a Deadly Weapon and Abandoning or Endangering a Child.

On Thursday May 27, at approximately 11:49 pm, Sergeant Jeff Lee made a traffic stop in the 4800 block of Bacon Switch Road.  The 56-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Thursday May 27, at approximately 7:46 am, Deputy J.J. Hernandez responded to the 3100 block of Borton in reference to an Assault.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she had been assaulted by two subjects.
