On Friday May 14, at approximately 11:23 pm, Sergeant Jeff Lee attempted to stop an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of the Iowa Park High School. The vehicle exited the parking lot and was finally stopped on Foley Street. The 35-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention with a vehicle and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transportation.
On Friday May 14, at approximately 12:20 am, Corporal Jeff Penney made a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Airport. The 21-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under twenty eight grams.
On Saturday May 15, at approximately 1:50 am, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Midwestern Pkwy. The 36-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Sunday May 16, at approximately 12:26 am, Deputy Johnny Routon made a traffic stop at the intersection of 3rd and Scott. The 41-year-old female driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
