On November 7, 2020 at approximately 3:01 p.m., Deputy Aaron Perkins responded to the 3100 block of Midwestern Parkway in response to a possible theft.  The suspect, a 53 year old male, was found to be in possession of several stolen items.  He was barred from the property and placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and is being charged with Theft of Property Less than $2500 with 2 or more previous convictions. 

On November 7, 2020 at approximately 1:55 p.m., Corporal Jeff Penney observed an abandoned vehicle on Interstate 44.  The vehicle was partially blocking traffic and contact with the owner could not be made.  The vehicle was impounded to prevent possible traffic hazards.
