On Friday October 9, at approximately 9:05 am, Corporal Jeff Penney responded to 600 Scott in reference to a False Drug Test.  Upon arrival, a 34-year-old female was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with False Drug Test/Falsification.

On Friday October 9, at approximately 12:38 am, Lieutenant Greg Wilson and Deputy Matthew Ferguson responded to the 1000 block of Kell West to assist with a Motor Vehicle Accident.  Upon arrival, the 29-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.

On Tuesday October 13, at approximately 10:49 am, Deputy Amanda Ward made a traffic stop at the intersection of Holliday and 7th.  The 35-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Tuesday October 13, at approximately 7:40 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck and Deputy Phillip Morris responded to the 1300 block of Pecanway Drive in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a blue Volkswagon Beetle.

On Wednesday October 14, at approximately 7:44 pm, Lieutenant Greg Wilson, Corporal Jason Vandygriff and Deputy Darrell Waddleton responded to the 1400 block of F.M. 1206 in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, a 54-year-old female was placed under arrest.  ShollidaHe was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Assault/Family Violence.

On Thursday October 15, at approximately 7:40 pm, Deputy Jorge Ramirez made a traffic stop at the intersection of Monroe and Ave. F.  The 22-year-old female driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

On Thursday October 15, at approximately 8:11 am, Deputy Johnny Routon responded to the 100 block of F.M. 369 in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a 1999 Red Chevrolet Silverado.

On Sunday October 18, at approximately 10:08 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck and Deputy Phillip Morris responded to the 2800 block of Haws Road in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person an unknown person(s) entered the property and broke out the rear window on a vehicle.

On Sunday October 18, at approximately 12:11 pm, Deputy Brett Brasher made a traffic stop at the intersection of 6th and Scott.  The 30-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with seven outstanding warrants for Disregarding No Left Turn, Driving While License Invalid, two counts of Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Expired Motor Vehicle Registration, Failure to Stop at Designated Stopping Point, and Child Endangerment.

On Monday October 19, at approximately 10:04 pm, Deputy J.J. Hernandez made a traffic stop in the 2400 block of F.M. 369.  The 19-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Speeding.

On Tuesday October 20, at approximately 2:14 pm, Deputy Matthew Ferguson took a report of a Theft that occurred in the 1900 block of F.M. 171.  The Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a black Ford F-150 pickup.
