On September 21, 2020, at approximately 12:50 p.m., Deputy Matthew Schenck and Deputy Philip Morris were dispatched to the 2400 block of Arena Road in reference to a criminal mischief.  Upon arrival, the reporting party stated someone had damaged an excavator that was located on the property.  A report was taken and is under investigation. 

On September 21, 2020, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Deputy Matthew Schenck and Deputy Philip Morris conducted a traffic stop in the area of Denver Street and 8th Street.  The 32 year old passenger was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

On September 22, 200, at approximately 1:08 a.m., Deputy Hunter McCain was dispatched to the 700 block of Park Street in reference to an assault that had occurred outside of city limits.  Upon arrival, the reporting party stated a male subject had assaulted him. A report was made and evidence was collected.  The investigation is ongoing.
