On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 1:20 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenk and Deputy Matthew Ferguson responded to the 7500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Forgery.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject attempted to cash a forged check in the amount of $500.00.

On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 11:31 am, Deputy Amanda Ward made a traffic stop in the 1700 block of 9th Street.  A 36-year-old female passenger was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram.
