On Friday August 21, at approximately 10:02 pm, Deputy Darrell Waddleton responded to the 7500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he had been assault by a subject.
On Friday August 21, at approximately 8:48 am, Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to the 400 block of West 5th Street in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she was assaulted by a subject while at a residence located in the 1400 block of Charlie Circle.
On Saturday August 22, at approximately 10:44 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the 900 block of U.S. 82 in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, a 48-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication.
On Saturday August 22, at approximately 12:18 pm, Corporal Kristian Valdez and Deputy Mathew Ferguson responded to the 7500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Forgery. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject attempted to cash a forged check in the amount of $300.00.
On Saturday August 22, at approximately 11:18 am, Corporal Kristian Valdez, Deputy Matthew Schenck and Deputy Matthew Ferguson responded to the 1600 block of F.M. 367 East in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a vehicle left the roadway and struck a culvert causing damage to the drainage pipe and then collided with a mail box. The vehicle then fled the scene.
On Sunday August 23, at approximately 11:30 am, Deputy Brett Brasher responded to the 1400 block of F.M. 1177 in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) shot a window on the rear of the residence.
On Sunday August 23, at approximately 1:04 am, Deputy Darrell Waddleton responded to the 2000 block of Sligar Road in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, a 41-year-old female was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Assault/Family Violence.
On Sunday August 23, at approximately 10:51 pm, Deputy Jorge Ramirez made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kemp and Approach. The 24-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
