On Thursday August 20, at approximately 9:39 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the 14000 block of Kamay Road in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, a 79-year-old male was transported to the North Texas State Hospital for medical evaluation.
On Thursday August 20, at approximately 11:15 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell observed a vehicle parked behind a vacant building located in the 4500 block of Seymour Hwy. A 45-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Burglary of a Habitation.
