On Monday August 10, at approximately 10:00 am, Deputy J.J. Hernandez made a traffic stop at the intersection of F.M. 369 and Hawes Road.  The 18-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over four grams under four hundred grams.

On Monday August 10, at approximately 7:55 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell observed an Assault in Progress in the 3100 block of Lawrence Road.  The Wichita Falls Police Department was contracted and upon their arrival, the investigation was turned over to them.

On Tuesday August 11, at approximately 11:15 am, Deputy Justin Mitchell responded to I-44 to assist the Wichita Falls Police Department who was in pursuit of a stolen vehicle.  As the vehicle crossed the Red River Bridge into Oklahoma, a PIT Maneuver was performed and the vehicle was stopped.

On Tuesday August 11, at approximately 9:51 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck and Deputy Matthew Ferguson attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Loop 11 and North Beverly.  The vehicle was finally stopped in the 3100 block of Iowa Park Road.  The 21-year-old male driver, a 22-year-old female passenger and a 22-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention with a vehicle, Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams and two outstanding warrants for Fail to Stop and No Driver License.  The two passenger were charged with Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four hundred grams.
