On Wednesday February 26, at approximately 8:01 pm, Corporal Jason Vandygriff made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kemp and Montgomery.  The 27-year-old female driver was issued citations for No Drivers License, Expired Registration and Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility.  The vehicle was impounded.

On Wednesday February 26, at approximately 3:32 pm, Deputy Christopher Bashford attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Van Buren and 9th Street.  The vehicle was finally stopped in the 600 block of Burnett.  The 43-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams and Evading Arrest/Detention with vehicle.
