On Monday October 14, at approximately 4:29 pm, Deputy Darrell Waddleton responded to the rest area located on U.S. 287 in reference to a Suspicious Person. Upon arrival, the 38-year-0ld male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than one gram and Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Tuesday October 15, at approximately 10:31 pm, Sergeant Jeff Lee made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Center Frwy. The 31-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 under one gram, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.
On Tuesday October 15, at approximately 10:25 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck responded to the 1600 block of F.M. 368 in reference to an Animal Complaint. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject was bitten by a dog while in the 3800 block of F.M. 368.
