On January 22, 2019 at approximately 9:11 a.m., Deputy Amanda Price responded to the 1000 block of East Fort Worth Street in reference to a the unauthorized use of a vehicle call. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated a known 23 year old male subject had removed a vehicle from the property without permission. A report for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle was taken.
On January 22, 2019 at approximately 4:13 a.m., Deputy Roy Biter responded to the area of Goodman Road and Kincall Road in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, deputies located a 23 year old male subject and detained him. The reporting party stated he was driving when the male subject used his vehicle to strike the reporting party’s vehicle. The detained male was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and Possession of Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 More than 1g Less than 4g.
