On Tuesday January 1, at approximately 8:53 pm, Deputy Jason Vandygriff made a traffic stop in I-44 at the rest area. The 33-year-old male driver and a 30-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The male was charged with Interfering with Public Duties and Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information. The female was charged with Failure to Identify/Giving False/Fictitious Information and Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information.

On Tuesday January 1, at approximately 15 pm, Deputy Amanda Price made a traffic stop at the intersection of South Rosewood and Walnut. The 48-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Tuesday January 1, at approximately 1:11 am, Deputy Brien Conner made a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Harrison. The 38-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with three outstanding warrants for two counts of Capias Pro Fine-Expired Operators License and Capias Pro Fine-Expired Motor Vehicle Registration.

On Tuesday January 1, at approximately 2:40 am, Corporal Kristian Valdez and Deputy James Griffith made a traffic stop on Midwestern Parkway east of Kemp Blvd. A 23-year-old male passenger was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Tuesday January 1, at approximately 2:01 pm, Deputy Amanda Price made a traffic stop at the intersection of Brook and 7th Street. The 54-year-old male driver and a 50-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams.

On Tuesday January 1, at approximately 2:55 am, Deputy Brett Brasher made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Central Frwy. The 31-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Failure to Identify/Fugitive from Justice and two outstanding warrants for Bond Revocation-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over four grams under four hundred grams and Bond Forfeiture-Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Friday January 4, at approximately 6:30 pm, Deputy Ivan Galarza responded to the 1900 block of Old Electra Road in reference to an Animal Complaint. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a dog entered his property and began attacking his pigs. Animal Control was contacted and upon their arrival, the dog was impounded.

On Saturday January 5, at approximately 2:05 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Ave. E. The 32-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Driving While License Invalid. The vehicle was impounded. On Saturday January 5, at approximately 3:14 am, Deputy Christopher Bashford made a traffic stop at the intersection of Harding and Redwood. The 51-year-old male driver was issued a warning for Expired Vehicle Registration. The vehicle was impounded. On Saturday January 5, at approximately 12:08 pm, Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to Old State Road and Covey Lane in reference to an unoccupied vehicle check. The vehicle was impounded.

On Saturday January 5, at approximately 9:33 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the 4500 block of Mourning Dove in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation. Upon arrival, a 19-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and charged with Burglary of a Habitation.
