On December 31, 2018 at approximately 3:42 a.m., Deputies responded to the 1100 block of FM 1180 in reference to a possible assault in progress.  Upon arrival, the reporting party stated she had been assaulted by a 24 year old male.  Deputies located the subject and placed him under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and charged with Assault Family Violence/ impeding breathing, a 3rd Degree Felony.

On December 31, 2018 at approximately 11:39 p.m., Deputy Matthew Schenck conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Scott Avenue.  The 41 year old male driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  He is being charged with Driving While Intoxicated w/ Open Container, a Class B Misdemeanor.

On January 01, 2019 at approximately 1:11 a.m., Deputy Brien Conner conducted a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Harrison.  The 48 year old female driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  She is being charged with outstanding Wichita Falls Municipal Court warrants for Expired Motor Vehicle Registration and Expired Operator’s License. 

On January 01, 2019 at approximately 2:40 a.m., Deputy James Griffith and Corporal Kristian Valdez conducted a traffic stop in the area of Midwestern Parkway and Kemp Boulevard.  The 23 year old driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On January 01, 2019 at approximately 2:55 a.m., Deputy Brett Brasher conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Central Freeway.  The 31 year old driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and is being charged with Fail To Identify Fugitive from Justice. 

On January 01, 2019 at approximately 2:01 p.m., Deputy Amanda Price conducted a traffic stop in the area of Brook Avenue and 7th Street.  The 54 year old male driver and 50 year old female passenger were both placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  They are being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 Over 1g Under 4g, a 3rd degree felony.
