On Tuesday November 13, at approximately 9:29 pm, Corporal Jeff Lee observed a vehicle parked in the 8600 block of Seymour Hwy. The subject driving the vehicle had been involved in a disturbance a short time earlier in the evening. The 33-year-old female driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Tuesday November 13, at approximately 6:30 pm, Deputy Jason Vandygriff and Deputy Ivan Galarza responded to the 5000 block of Jacksboro Hwy. to serve a Mental Commitment Order. Upon arrival, a 60-year-old female was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Red River Hospital and was admitted.

On Tuesday November 13, at approximately 10:21 am, Deputy Eric Jerrols and Deputy Amanda Price responded to the 7500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Forgery. Upon arrival, a 45-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Forgery and two outstanding warrants for Forgery and Criminal Trespass.

On Wednesday November 14, at approximately 7:07 pm, Corporal Jeff Lee, Deputy Jason Vandygriff, Deputy Brian Koschak, Deputy Christopher Bashford and Deputy Roy Biter responded to the 100 block of Southgate Garden in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, two subjects were barred from the property.

On Wednesday November 14, at approximately 5:18 pm, Deputy Jason Vandygriff and Deputy Roy Biter responded to the 3000 block of F.M. 369 South in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a juvenile female had run away from the residence after a verbal disturbance.

On Wednesday November 14, at approximately 12:15 am, Sergeant Cole McGarry, Deputy Caleb Myers, Deputy Josh Hernandez and Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to a structure fire on Wellington Lane. The fire was ruled to be accidental and was put out by Wichita West Volunteer Fire Department.

On Wednesday November 14, at approximately 7:21 am, Deputy Amanda Price responded to the 11000 block of F.M. 368 South in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject cut two tires on his vehicle.
