On October 27, 2018 at approximately 8:28 a.m., deputies responded to the 3100 block of 9th Street in reference to a subject with outstanding warrants. A 43 year old male was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Failure to Identify Fugitive from Justice and outstanding Gregg County warrants for Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence and Capias Pro Fine Theft of Property over $1500 with two or more previous convictions.

On October 27, 2018 at approximately 8:47 p.m., Deputy Daniel Jacobson conducted a traffic stop in the area of US 287 South and Rifle Range Road. The 47 year old male driver was issued citations for Driving While License Invalid and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released from the scene.

On October 27, 2018 at approximately 10:27 p.m., Deputy Daniel Jacobson conducted a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Scott Avenue. The 24 year old male driver of the vehicle was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Driving While Intoxicated a Class B Misdemeanor.

On October 27, 2018 at approximately 10:27 p.m., Deputy Christopher Bashford conducted a traffic stop in the area of Seymour Road and Hiawatha Boulevard. The 53 year old female driver received citations for Expired Registration and No Insurance. The vehicle was impound due to the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle being unlicensed.

On October 27, 2018 at approximately 3:47 p.m., Deputy Brian Koschak conducted a traffic stop in the area of Ridgeway and Spearman. The 17 year old driver was issued citations for No Driver License. The vehicle was impounded due to not having insurance.
