On Thursday October 25, at approximately 3:51 pm a Wichita County Sheriff’s Highway Interdiction Deputy made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and F.M. 1739. The 48-year-old male driver, Lucien Sacha Niccore, 12-19-69, was placed under arrest after a Sheriff’s K-9 made a positive alert on the vehicle. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2, a First Degree Felony.
