On Thursday October 4, at approximately 4:42 pm, Deputy Christopher Bashford responded to the 3800 block of F.M.368 South in reference to an Animal Complaint. Upon arrival, all animals on the property were found to be in good health.

On Thursday October 4, at approximately 2:20 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel, Deputy J.T. Mitchell and Deputy Brett Brasher responded to the 1400 block of Burnett to serve an arrest warrant. Upon arrival, a 28-year-old male, a 24-year-old male, a 44-year-old female, a 21-year-old male and a 31-year-old female were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The 28-year-old male was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams and three outstanding warrants for Surety Off Bond-Motion to Revoke Probation-Assault Causes Bodily Injury, Motion to Revoke Community Supervision-Deadly Conduct and Violation of Probation-Possession of a Controlled Substance-PG 1 over one gram under four grams. The other subjects were charged with Possession of Marijuana over two ounces under four ounces.

On Friday October 5, at approximately 2:43 am, Deputy Matthew Schenk stopped an individual walking in the 3200 block of Kemp Blvd. The 26-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Friday October 5, at approximately 1:01 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop in the 3600 block of Kell Blvd. The 61-year-old male driver was issued citations for Driving While License Invalid, Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Wrong, Fictitious, Altered or Obscured Insignia. The vehicle was impounded.
