On Wednesday October 3, at approximately 3:10 pm, Deputy Jason Vandygriff responded to the 1600 block of Clover Lane in reference to an Animal Complaint. A horse and seven pigs were found on the property. The owner was contacted and arrangements were made to take the animals to a veterinarian for treatment.

On Wednesday October 3, at approximately 2:12 pm, Deputy J.T. Mitchell made a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Seymour Road. The 63-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than one gram in a Drug Free Zone and an outstanding warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

On Thursday October 4, at approximately 2:10 am, Deputy Aaron Perkins and Sergeant Cole McGarry responded to the 500 block of Rifle Range Road in reference to an unknown 911 call. Upon arrival, an occupied vehicle was found parked in front of the business. The 39-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
