On September 16, 2018 at approximately 6:12 p.m., Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the 1300 block of West Magnolia in Iowa Park in reference to an intoxicated individual. The 60 year old male subject was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.

On September 17, 2018 at approximately 11:38 p.m., Deputy Daniel Jacobson and Deputy JJ Hernandez were dispatched to the 1600 block of 11th Street in reference to a possible assault. Upon arrival, the 32 year old subject stated she had been assaulted in the 12000 block of McFall Road. The investigation concluded two subjects had been involved in mutual combat and no charges have been filed at this time.

On September 18, 2018 at approximately 5:03 p.m., Deputy Ivan Galarza responded to the 8100 block of Seymour Highway in reference to a possible intoxicated subject. Upon arrival, deputies found a 38 year old female subject asleep in her vehicle. The female subject was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.
