On Friday January 19, at approximately 10:33 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy Andrew Speegle responded to the 3400 block of Clover Lane in reference to a Burglary. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole an 8’ X 10’ storage building containing several items.

On Friday January 19, at approximately 2:40 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel and Deputy J.T. Mitchell took a Theft report in the 1100 block of Central Frwy. The Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox valued at $27,065.00. Sergeant Teruel located the vehicle in the 8400 block of Powell Road a short time later. A 65-year-old male and a 31-year-old female were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and were charged with Theft over $2,500.00 under $30,000.00.

On Friday January 19, at approximately 11:35 am, Deputy Daniel Jacobson and Deputy J.T. Mitchell responded to the 4000 block of S.H. 258 East in reference to a Burglary of a Building. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and then broke out a window on a door and entered the building.

On Saturday January 20, at approximately 11:39 pm, Deputy Caleb Myers made a traffic stop in the 900 block of Central Frwy. The 29-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram.

On Sunday January 21, at approximately 11:58 pm, Deputy J.J. Hernandez made a traffic stop at the intersection of Jacksboro and Norman. The 21-year-old male driver and a 20-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. The passenger was charged with three outstanding warrants for two counts of Failure to Appear and Theft under $50.00.

On Sunday January 21, at approximately 6:58 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell responded to the 8900 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and entered two vehicles.

On Sunday January 21, at approximately 9:47 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell responded to the 2600 block of Haws Road in reference to a subject with a handgun. Upon arrival, a 48-year-old male was barred from the property.

On Sunday January 21, at approximately 10:21 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell made a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Industrial Drive. The 33-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with three outstanding warrants for Capias Pro Fine-No Drivers License in Possession, Capias Pro Fine-Speeding and Capias Pro Fine-Improper Display of License Plate or Registration Insignia.

On Sunday January 21, at approximately 4:55 pm, Deputy Amanda Price responded to the 400 block of Wellington Lane in reference to a Burglary of a Building. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and broke into four conex buildings stealing several items.

On Sunday January 21, at approximately 9:15 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin responded to the 1300 block of F.M. 369 in reference to an Animal Complaint. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a dog had been hit by a vehicle. Animal Control was contacted and upon their arrival, the dog was impounded.

On Monday January 22, at approximately 8:12 am, Deputy Erick Jerrols responded to the 2400 block of Wranglers Retreat in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and then entered an unlocked vehicle and stole U.S. coins.

On Monday January 22, at approximately 10:34 am, Deputy Mike Brewer and Deputy Eric Jerrols responded to the 7500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Forgery in Progress. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject was in the business attempted to cash a stolen check. A 29-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Forgery.

On Monday January 22, at approximately 4:24 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason responded to 1600 11th Street in reference to an overdose that took place in the 1400 block of F.M. 1177. Upon arrival, a 19-year-old male was found to have taken an overdose of prescription medications. He was admitted to United Regional Health Care.

On Monday January 22, at approximately 8:12 am, Deputy Eric Jerrols responded to the 2100 block of Wranglers Retreat in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and then entered two vehicles and stole several items from each vehicle.

On Tuesday January 23, at approximately 8:20 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason made a traffic stop at the intersection of Marine and Central Frwy. The 24-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Tuesday January 23, at approximately 4:32 pm, Deputy Brian Koschak made a traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King Blvd. and Madison. The 75-year-old-male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Wrong, Fictitious, Altered or Obscured Vehicle Registration or Insignia.
