On Friday December 15, at approximately 9:33 pm, Corporal Jeff Penney made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kell and McNiel. The 41-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than one gram and three outstanding warrants for Capias Pro Fine-Speeding, Occupant over 15 Unsecured and Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility.

On Friday December 15, at approximately 4:05 pm, Corporal Jeff Penney responded to the 2000 block of Napier Road in reference to an Attempted Suicide. Upon arrival, a 31-year-old male was transported to United Regional Health Care by American Medical Response. After treatment, he was transported to the North Texas State Hospital and was admitted under a Peace Officers Application for Emergency Detention.

On Friday December 15, at approximately 3:08 am, Deputy Jason Vandygriff responded to the 13300 block of Lucy Road in reference to an Animal Complaint. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that her dog was attacked by several other neighborhood dogs.

On Friday December 15, at approximately 6:42 pm, Deputy Carl Magee and Deputy Andrew Speegle responded to Burnett Ranch Road and Buffalo Lake to locate property. Upon arrival, a shotgun was found near a fence. The Owner was contacted and instructed where to pick up the property.

On Saturday December 16, at approximately 2:48 am, Deputy Josh McGuinn made a traffic stop at the intersection of Holliday and 12th Street. The 18-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana.

On Saturday December 16, at approximately 11:06 am, Deputy Erick Jerrols made a traffic stop at the intersection of Seymour Highway and Van Buren. The 36-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Wrong, Fictitious, Altered, or Obscured Insignia and two outstanding warrants for Abandoning or Endangering a Child and Driving While License Invalid.

On Sunday December 17, at approximately 12:16 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop in the 600 block of East Ruby. The 20-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Sunday December 17, at approximately 1:00 am, Deputy Ivan Galarza observed an occupied and unsecured vehicle blocking an alley in the 4700 block of Devonshire. The vehicle was impounded after the owner could not be contacted.

On Sunday December 17, at approximately 11:20 am, Deputy Erick Jerrols made a traffic stop at the intersection of Seymour Highway and Denver. A 19-year-old male passenger was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Sunday December 17, at approximately 9:26 pm, Sergeant Ralph Burdick checked on an occupied vehicle in the 1100 block of U.S. 287. The 59-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Sunday December 17, at approximately 9:12 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell made a traffic stop on U.S. 287 south of Midway Church Road. The 27-year-old male driver, a 20-year-old female passenger and a 26-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and were charged with Possession of Marijuana less than five pounds more than four ounces. The 20-year-old female passenger was also charged with an outstanding warrant for Interference with Public Duties.

On Sunday December 17, at approximately 6:03 pm, Deputy Ivan Galarza made a traffic stop at the intersection of S.H. 258 and Lucy Road. The 45-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced.
