On October 11, 2017, at approximately 6:21 p.m., Deputy David Stout was dispatched to the area of FM 367 and Bell Road South in reference to a criminal mischief. The reporting party stated an unknown person had entered the property and broke the windshield of a 2016 Kubota tractor.

On October 18, 2017, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Deputy Brett Brasher responded to the 700 block of Gresham Road in reference to a burglary of a habitation. The reporting party stated an unknown person entered the residence and stole several items. Among the property reported stolen was a Remington Model 1100 shotgun, a Springfield bolt action 12 gauge shotgun, a Remington 270 bolt action rifle with case, a .38 special revolver with a 2 inch barrel, a hard sided locking pistol case, a Cabelas range bag, electronic ear muffs, and a wooden box containing miscellaneous ammunition.

On October 19, 2017, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin located a stolen vehicle in the 1700 block of City View Drive. The registered owner was contacted and arrived at the scene. The vehicle was released to the owner.

On October 19, 2017, at approximately 7:50 p.m., Deputy Brian Koschak attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Wichita Street. The vehicle failed to stop and continued traveling to Carolina Street. The vehicle finally stopped at the dead end of Carolina Street. The 58 year old male driver was arrested for Fleeing or Eluding a Police Officer and an outstanding Wichita Falls Municipal Court warrant for Speeding. The driver was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center without incident.
