On Tuesday August 22, at approximately 1:00 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel and Deputy Erick Jerrols checked an occupied vehicle at the intersection of F.M. 369 and Haws Road.  The 18-year-old male driver and an 18-year-old male passenger were issued citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Tuesday August 22, at approximately 6:30 pm, Lieutenant William Rutledge responded to the 7500 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Forgery in Progress.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a female entered the business and attempted to cash a forged check in the amount of $1,520.23.

On Tuesday August 22, at approximately 5:31 pm, Sergeant Ralph Burdick and Deputy Caleb Myers made a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Pecanway Drive.  The 57-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions.
