On Thursday August 17, at approximately 9:13 am, Sergeant J.T. Mitchell and Deputy Eric Jerrols responded to the 6300 block of Kovarik Road in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that two cows appeared on the property.

On Thursday August 17, at approximately 9:00 pm, Corporal Cole McGarry responded to the 3200 block of Horseshoe Bend Estates in reference to a Suicidal Subject.  Upon arrival, it was learned that the subject had gone to another location and that the Wichita Falls Police Department were investigating.

On Friday August 18, at approximately 2:06 am, Lieutenant Mark Whipple made a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Seymour Hwy.  The 32-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.

THE NEXT WICHITA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CITIZEN’S ACADEMY WILL BE STARTING ON SEPTEMBER 7.
