On Tuesday August 15, at approximately 9:50 am, Sergeant Sergio Teruel, Corporal Josh Brown and Deputy Carl Magee responded to the 700 block of West Clara to serve an arrest warrant.  Upon arrival, the 33-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams in a Drug Free Zone and four outstanding warrants for Bond Forfeiture-Unlawful Carrying Weapon, Bond Forfeiture-Evading Arrest//Detention, Surety Off Bond-Unlawful Carrying Weapon and Fugitive From Justice-Fail to pay/Possession CDS-Meth.

On Wednesday August 16, at approximately 8:00 pm, Deputy Ivan Galarza made a traffic stop at the intersection of Brook and Elizabeth.  A 26-year-old female passenger was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Thursday August 17, at approximately 5:06 am, Corporal Cole McGarry observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed east on Hatton Road.  The vehicle was found in the 3000 block of Hammon Road in a ditch when he caught up to it.  The driver had apparently abandoned the vehicle which was found to have been reported stolen.
