On Wednesday August 9, at approximately 2:45 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel and Deputy Amanda Price responded to the 2800 block of Lebanon to serve an arrest warrant.  Upon arrival the 39-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with six outstanding warrants for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, two counts of Criminal Trespass, Burglary of a Vehicle, Burglary of a Habitation and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon.

On Wednesday August 9, at approximately 4:00 pm, Deputy David Stout responded to S.H. 240 and Tica Road in reference to a subject falling out of a moving vehicle.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that the passenger door on the vehicle opened at which time the female fell out.  She was transported to United Regional Health Care by American Medical Response and expired of her injures several hours later.

On Friday August 11, at approximately 4:00 pm, Lieutenant Mark Whipple and Deputy David Stout responded to the 1700 block of East Hatton Road in reference to a Robbery.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she was assaulted by a subject and that he stole her cell phone and motel room key while at the intersection of Hatton Road and McKinney Road.
