On Monday May 1, at approximately 9:43 am, Corporal Ralph Burdick attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Flood and Cleveland.  The vehicle was finally stopped in the 1000 block of Redwood.  The 20-year-old male driver, an 18-year-old male passenger and a 20-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with Eluding in a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under two hundred grams.  The 18-year-old passenger was charged with two outstanding warrants for Capias Pro Fine-Disorderly Conduct and Capias Pro Fine-Theft under $50.00.  The 20-year-old male passenger was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon.

On Tuesday May 2, at approximately 2:07 am, Deputy Matthew Schenck attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Brook and 6th Street.  The vehicle was finally stopped in the 1200 block of Hatton Road.  The 52-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention with a Motor Vehicle and Driving While Intoxicated.
