On Wednesday March 29, at approximately 9:12 pm, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Jason Vandygriff made a traffic stop in the 4300 block of Jacksboro Hwy.  The 19-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and Possession of a Dangerous Drug.

On Wednesday March 29, at approximately 1:41 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel assisted Clay County Sheriff’s Office with a pursuit that had started in Clay County and entered into Wichita County.  The vehicle that was being pursued exited U.S. 287 and turned onto Windthorst Road.  The 32-year-old male driver exited the vehicle on Mill Street and fled on foot.  He was placed under arrest and was transported to Clay County by Clay County for an outstanding warrant for stalking.

On Wednesday March 29, at approximately 10:04 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop at the intersection of Grace and Elizabeth.  The 34-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid.

On Wednesday March 29, at approximately 3:52 pm, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Jason Vandygriff responded to the 800 block of Huntington Lane in reference to illegal dumping.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject dumped trash into a dumpster located on the property.

On Wednesday March 29, at approximately 4:00 pm, Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to the 9200 block of Sandy Lane in reference to a Forgery.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he received a fraudulent check in the mail.
