On Friday March 24, at approximately 2:55 pm, Wichita County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 5400 block of F.M. 367 in reference to a vehicle fire. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he was operating a bulldozer in a field when it became engulfed by fire.
On Friday March 24, at approximately 11:30 pm, Deputy Daniel Jacobson made a traffic stop at the intersection of Scott and 14th Street. The 30-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Previous Conviction.
On Friday March 24, at approximately 11:40 am, Deputy Kimberley Ames placed a subject under arrest at 900 7th Street. The 31-year-old female was escorted to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.
On Friday March 24, at approximately 11:51 pm, Corporal Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop at the intersection of Central Frwy. and Maurine. The 36-year-old female was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Friday March 24, at approximately 4:59 pm, Josh McGuinn responded to 900 7th Street in reference to a Civil Matter. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she is having a dispute with a neighbor over a fence that separates her property.
On Saturday March 25, at approximately 5:58 pm, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Midway Church Road. The 50-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana over five pounds under fifty pounds.
On Saturday March 25, at approximately 2:11 pm, Sergeant Sergio Teruel, Deputy Christopher Salas, Deputy Daniel Jacobson and Deputy Jeff Lee responded to Lake Buffalo in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, a stolen handgun and a stolen rifle were recovered.
On Saturday March 25, at approximately 12:22 am, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of West Highway in Iowa Park. The 29-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Saturday March 25, at approximately 3:14 am, Deputy Daniel Jacobson and Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Huntington Lane. The 30-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Sunday March 26, at approximately 2:40 am, Deputy Daniel Jacobson and Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 4100 block of F.M. 367 in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, a 26-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Capias Pro Fine-Driving While Intoxicated.
On Monday March 27, at approximately 2:45 am, Deputy Brett Brasher made a traffic stop at the intersection of Broad and 2nd Street. The 32-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
