On Thursday March 16, at approximately 11:10 am, Deputy Ed Daniels responded to 600 Scott to server an outstanding arrest warrant for Violation of Probation-Robbery.  Upon arrival, the 28-year-old female was placed under arrest.  As she was being escorted to the Wichita County Detention Center, she slipped out of one of her handcuffs and began running south down an alley between Scott and Lamar.  She then fled west on 7th Street and then South on Lamar, where Deputies lost sight of her.

On Friday March 17, at approximately 1:47 am, Deputy Amanda Price made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kell West Access and Buchanan.  The 23-year-old male driver was placed arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and two outstanding warrants for Capias Pro Fine-Expired Motor Vehicle Registration and Capias Pro Fine-Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
