On Monday January 23, at approximately 4:15 pm, Deputy Brian Koschak made a traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King and Lincoln.  The 62-year-old male driver was issued two citations for No Drivers License and Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility.  The vehicle was impounded.

On Monday January 23, at approximately 8:23 pm, Deputy Brian Koschak made a traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King and Rosewood.  The 31-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and charged with three outstanding warrants for Bond Forfeiture-Unlawful Carrying Weapon, Bond Forfeiture-Tamper with/Identification Numbers and Capias Pro Fine-Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Monday January 23, at approximately 11:30 am, Deputy Christopher Salas responded to 900 7th Street in reference to a Fraud.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made an unauthorized purchase using her debit card in the amount of $304.94.

On Monday January 23, at approximately 8:09 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell, Deputy Christopher Salas and Deputy Roy Biter responded to the 4400 block of River Road in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, a 41-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged Assault/Family Violence.
